MICHAEL H. QUINN, JR.

Michael H. Quinn, Jr. is a founding Member of Porter & Quinn, LLC. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, business formation and business transactions, and condemnation matters. Michael has extensive experience in representing real estate purchasers, sellers, investors, developers, landlord and tenants in matters related to in the acquisition, sale, financing, development, and leasing of various types of commercial real estate properties. He represents borrowers on traditional acquisition and construction to permanent loans. Michael represents tenants and landlords in commercial leasing transactions. He has substantial experience in counseling clients in corporate and business transactions as well as construction and development matters. Michael also maintains an active practice representing landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings and litigating the value of the real property taken.

Michael’s substantial experience in civil litigation matters involving various real estate and business matters including construction defects, land use disputes, condemnation, inverse condemnation, zoning matters, contract and business disputes, title insurance claims, and landlord/tenant disputes uniquely positions him to advise clients in a variety of commercial real estate and business transactions. 

 

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina (USC) in 1995. He went on to earn his juris doctor from USC School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Richland Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
