Stephen D. Porter

A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Stephen graduated from Hammond Academy and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. His degrees included insurance, risk management, and management. He received his juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1999. He is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts. Stephen lives with his wife, Susan, and their children, Sam and Anne Perry. He and his family are active members at Eastminister Presbyterian Church and with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  In his free time, Stephen enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching his children’s sporting events.
